I just had a birthday couple of weeks ago and I had a fabulous day with my family. My girls and husband made sure we celebrated it with style for sure.

My card is inspired by these neon, fashion designs image from STAMPlorations January CUTplorations Challenge. Honestly… neon colors is a challenge for me to work with for sure.

On my stylish birthday card today I use the Celebrate Big Phrase Die, Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies, CityGirl Stamp Set.

I stamped the sentiment from the CityGirl Stamp Set on a white mixed media paper with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink Pad and I dried it with craft heater. Then, I sprayed with Flamingo and Teal Marabu Art Sprays. I dried it again with craft heater and trimmed it to paper strip. I added it to another white card. I spray the cardstock very lightly with the same sprays and then I cut it with the large size of the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies. I added the finished background on a white card with permanent adhesive glue.

I stamped the girl from the CityGirl Stamp Set with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink Pad on another mixed media paper, colored it with the same Marabu Art Spray paint and waterbrush. I dried the watercolor paint and then fussy cut the girl image with micro-tip scissors. I added it on the card with 3D foam tape.

Next, I cut Neenah neon pink cardstock with the Celebrate Big Phrase Die twice, stacked them together to make thicker with adhesive glue, and then I added it on the card with 3D foam tape, overlapping it with the girl.

Last step, I stamped the sentiment from the CityGirl Stamp Set with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink Pad at the bottom of the card with stamping block.
