I often save some of my negative die cuts and scrap papers that still big enough to be used. For example, the tag with negative heart die cut on it. I cut out some hearts out of that patterned paper for previous project, and then it was big enough for me to cut out a tag with the heart in the center.

Then I cut out couple more smaller hearts from ODBD Layering Hearts Dies that fit inside it. I layered them with 3D foam tape.

For the black frame, it is actualy a left over from other project, too. I cut out 2 sizes of rectangles from the ODBD Rectangles Dies.

For the sentiment, I stamped and heat embossed the “Forever Yours” from ODBD Hugs & Kisses stamp set, then I cut it out with one of the ODBD Pennant Flags Dies.

I finished the card with natural twine bow and some clear gems for extra bling on it
