On my card today I use some CUTplorations Dies: Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies, Luggage Tags Nesting Dies, and Cluster Hearts Die.

The sentiment is from the Pocket Blooms with CUTplorations Pocket Die set.

I die cut the background mat and I added some white paint splatters on it. Then I die cut the tag out of black cardstock and added some twine bow on it.

For the cluster hearts, I did inlaid white and red on it. And then I added on the tag with 3D foam tape.

I stamped the sentiment with archival ink pad on white cardstock and cut out the banner with scissors.

Next step is adding the pieces on the card. First I added the tag with adhesive liquid, then I added the sentiment banner with 3D foam tape for extra dimension to it.

I finished the card with some clear gems on the hearts.
