Stencil Challenge | Smile, It’s Your Day

Hello everyone! It is a new month and it means a new stencil challenge. Today, I want to share this mixed media card.

Inspired by Spring, I made this mixed media card for this STAMPlorations March Stencil Challenge using Make Marks 3 ARTplorations Stencil, Make Marks 6 ARTplorations Stencil, Basic A2 Panels Nesting Dies, Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies, Smile Stamp Set.

On the bottom layer background, I used my gelli printing plate, stencil and acrylic paint to pull out that black and white print.

The second background layer, I simply added the dye ink on the stencil using blending brush.

I stamped the lily flower image on a watercolor paper with VersaFine ink pad and then I colored the image with Sakura Koi Travel Watercolor paints and waterbrush. After that, I dried it with craft heater and then I fussy cut t with scissors.

I added the flower and sentiment on the card with 3D foam tape. Then I stamped the second phrase sentiment underneath it.

Clear Scraps | DIY Stars Wood Home Decor

Hello everyone. Today, I have this Stars Wood Home Decor to share with you all. This is a very easy home decor to make with Clear Scraps wood shapes.

You can read the tutorial how to make this Stars Wood Home Decor at Clear Scraps Blog today. I created using the new Star wood shape and Stars wood frames. These are their new products.

After I painted the woods, I distressed them with sanding paper. And then, I glued them together using wood glue. This glue takes few minutes to dry. I put some books on them to hold them in place white drying.

While waiting for the wood glue to dry, I made the blue and red felt flowers. I used glue gun on the felt flowers.

I added the white pompom ribbon and all the flowers on the wood using Beacon 3-in-1 glue.

Coffee Loving Cardmakers | Coffee Queen Card

Hello hello hello… It’s Thurday and it is time to take a little coffee break with this coffee Queen mug card.

My coffee break card today is this Coffee Queen mug card that I created using Spring Blooms and Mugs digital stamp set and the Just Caffeinate Stickers from Super Sponsor STAMPlorations.

The background I created with Marabu Spray Paint and then I sprayed some more water on it, dabbed it of with paper towel for extra distress texture on it. I dried the watercolor paper with craft heater and then trimmed it to fit on the A2 card. I added it on the card with permanent adhesive.

I printed the mug image on a watercolor paper with laser printer and I added the DecoFoil Gold Foil Sheet with laminatro machine.

I colored the mug with Sakura Koi Watercolor paint and waterbrush. I dried the paint and then fussy cut it with scissors. I added the mug on the card with 3D foam tape. I simply added the sentiment clear sticker directly on the mug.

Clear Scraps | DIY Wood Bunny Welcome Sign

Hey hey hey everyone… How are you all doing? Winter is almost gone here where we live and that means Spring is on its way! It is one of my favorite seasons. I am looking forward to see days that fill with colors of the new leaves and flowers.

My project today is inspired by Spring bunny. I made this Wood Bunny Welcome Sign using the new XL Wood Bunny and the Welcome XL Script Wood Word.

It is a fun project to make and you can have a new home decor for this Spring! You can read the tutorial how to make this Wood Bunny Welcome Sign at Clear Scraps Blog today.

You can use this sign inside or outside of your house. For outdoor use, you can spray a coat of Clear Sealer Spray and then let it dry completely before you decorate it with ribbons or other decoration.

You can use this XL Wood Sign as front door sign by adding strong twine or ribbon on the back of the wood with strong glue or stapler.

Coffee Loving Cardmakers | Coffee Date With Shery

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY, everyone!!! I hope you all have a wonderful day, feeling loved and have sweet gifts from your loved ones.

Today, I got a date at Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog. It is a coffee date with my crafty friend, Shery, the owner of the STAMPlorations Store, which is one of our Super Sponsors for our coffee loving cardmakers community. And on our date today, we are sharing our cards featuring STAMPlorations digital stamps and Clear Stickers.

On my card, I used the Spring Blooms and Mugs digital stamp set. This CAS card is very simple to make. First, I printed the mug image with laser jet printer and then I added DecoFoil Gold Foil sheet on it and run it through my laminating machine. And woalah! It turned into a gold mug. After that I fussy cut it with scissors.

For the background, I simply added some watercolor paint on a watercolor paper to create that rainbow colors. I dried it with craft heater and then cut it with one of the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies – CUTplorations. I added the background on a white card with Scrapbook Adhesive EZ Grand.

I added the gold mug with 3D foam tape on the card. I added one of the Just Caffeinate Stickers on a white cardstock and cut it around the sticker. I added on the card with 3D foam tape. I decorated my card with some of the sequins from Color Confetti – Shaker Blends.
