Spooky Hello…

Hello hello hello everyone… Here’s a little spooky hello card for you. It might be a little early for Halloween card, but since today is Friday the 13th, why not, right?

I use one of the newly released digital stamp sets from Graciellie Design called, Spooky Hello Mega Digital Stamp Set. But as you can see yourself, it is not a scary spooky theme stamp set.

I like to use Silhouette Studio software to work with digital stamp sets. I used the print-and-cut with the pumpkin. I printed it with Laser printer, and then cut it with Silhouette Cameo 3.

After that, I added a piece of the Gina K. Designs Fancy Foil – Dazzling Orange on the pumpkin, put it inside the carrier pocket, and then run it through the laminator. When it’s cold, I removed the foil and voila! Glimmer, dazzling, pumpkin!

You can leave as is, it is cute already. But, I decided to colored the pumpkin with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and waterbrush.

For the background, the bottom panel, I created it with some alcohol inks and DecoFoil Gold Transfer Sheet on a glossy photo paper. I trimmed it and added on the white card with E-Z Runner Grand.

The second patterned background, I created it using the candycorn image from the same digital stamp set. I duplicated it and printed it on a 8.5 x 11 white cardstock with Laser Printer in black and white. After that I colored the candycorns with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers. I cut it with one of the Craftin Desert Divas – Fancy Frames. I added on top of the alcohol ink background with permanent adhesive glue.

I added some twine on the card for the wreath, and secure the twine with permanent adhesive glue. Then I added the pumpkin and sentiment label on the card with 3D foam tape.

I hope this card make this “Spooky Friday the 13th” be less spooky to you all… Thanks a bunch for stopping by today. Have a fabulous day!

Happy 7th Birthday To My Sweet Little Girl

Today is a special day for our family. We are celebrating our little girl’s birthday. She turns 7! I cannot believe it. Time flies fast but we treasure every moment we spend with her and her big sister.

It was exactly 7 years ago around the same time, I delivered a sweet, adorable little girl. She is our second daugther, Emma. She is growing so fast, and she is also literally a fast little girl. It is hard to keep up with her when she moves…

This clean-and-simple, shaker card, I created for her. It is glittery and sequin-ny… totally all describe who she is.

I used the Celebration Clear Stamp, Large Numbers Dies, and Double Stitched Squares Dies. They are all from Divinity Designs. For stamping, I used the VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink pad.

I hope you all enjoy this card today… Have a fabulous day!

Mixed Media, Fall Card | Thankful For You

Hello everyone… Wish you all a happy and good day today. I am thankful it is bit cooler here but we are still having Summer weather for sure. But, I hope this mixed media Fall card brings the Fall season early to you…

On this mixed media Fall card, I used the newly released digital stamp set, Grateful Heart, from Graciellie Design. This fall flower bouquet is absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the beautiful font combo set for the sentiments, too.

I open the PNG files with Silhouette Studio software, resized the flower, and I duplicated to 4 flower. I printed it with laser printer on a watercolor paper 90 lbs.

I trimmed the printed watercolored paper into 4 – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and then I colored one of them with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and watercolor brush. After that, I dried the panel with craft heater and then I cut it with one of the Divinity Designs – Double Stitched Rectangles Dies with Gemini Jr. Machine.

The patterned background, I created it with yellow and orange acrylic paints and gel printing plate. After the mono printed paper dried, I trimmed it into 4″ x 5 1/4″ and I added it on a white card base with E-Z Runner Grand.

I added the watercolored panel on top of the card with with E-Z Runner Grand and then I added some splatters with white acrylic paint spray, Finetec Gold metallic watercolor paint, and fan brush. I dried it one more time.

For the sentiment, I printed some of them on a white cardstock, and then cut one of them with the Divinity Design – Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies using my Gemini Jr. Machine. I added the sentiment label on the card with 3D foam tape for extra dimension.

I am in love with this fall flower bouquet. I have couple projects idea in my mind using this digital stamp sets. What would you make with this digital stamp set?

Thank you so much, for stopping by my blog today, have wonderful day.

Harvest Blessings

Hello everyone… Today, my card is inspired by this Autumn season… which I hope it will arrive here soon… I long for the cooler breeze and colorful leaves!

On my card today I used one of the newly released digital stamp sets from Graciellie Design, called Faith Family Fall. This digital stamp set is packed with gorgeous pumpkin and sentiments that perfect to send some warm wishes to others. If you like to check on the rubber stamp with similar design, head over to Unity Stamp Company to grab this stamp set.

I opened the pumpkin image with Silhouette Studio software, resized it, traced it and then created cutting line. I made couple duplicates and then printed them in black and white with laser printer.

After that, I added a piece of  DecoFoil Gold Transfer Sheet on it, put in inside folded parchment paper, and then I run it though the laminator. And then I colored the flowers with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and waterbrush. I dried it with craft heater.

For the background, I printed one pattern from the Summer Sunflowers Digital Paper Pack on a photo paper with inkjet printer. I trimmed it into 4″x5.25″ and then I added it on a white card with E-Z Runner Grand.

And then I added the watercolored pumpkin on the card with permanent liquid adhesive.

I printed the sentiments on a white cardstock with inkjet printer in black and white, and then I cut one of them with the Divinity Design – Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies using my Gemini Jr. Machine. I added the sentiment label on the card with 3D foam tape for extra dimension.

Anything Goes Week 404-405

a2z Scrapbooking | Coffee or Tea?

Hello crafty friends, I am so thrilled to be a guest designer today at a2zscrapbooking blog!

This month’s challenge theme is Anything Goes and I go with coffee and tea cards for this challenge:

On my first card, I use the Kit-Tea Stamp & Cut set. I stamped the flowers and leaves image on a watercolor paper with VersFine Onyx Black ink pad.

And then, on my craft mat, I scribble some of the Double-Ended markers (yellow and red), spray with water, and then I smooshed in the watercolor paper. I cut it out with one of the rectangle dies and I added it on a yellow card with E-z Runner Grand.

I stamped the cat in a cup image with same ink pad, and the I colored it with the same markers and waterbrush. After that, I dried it with craft heater and then cut it with the matching die.

I added on the card with 3D foam tape. Next, I stamped the sentiment on a white cardstock with the same ink pad and then trimmed it into sentiment label. I added it on the top left card with 3D foam tape also.

Next project is this CAS coffee card. It is pretty simple to make. So, I started with creating the gradient square watercolored background.

On an acrylic block, I scribble some of the Double Ended markers (red and pink), I sprayed it with water, and then I stamped it on a watercolor paper. I let it sit on the card for a while and held it with some more stamping block.

While waiting for the watercolor paint to dry, I stamped the mug with Delicata Golden Glitz ink pad on another watercolor paper. I dried the ink with craft heater and then colored it with the Double Ended Markers and waterbrush. After that, I dried it with craft heater and then I fussy cut it with microtips scissors. I stamped the foam and sentiment on the cup with Mini MISTI using Memento Cocoa ink pad.

I removed the acrylic blocks from the watercolor paper, then I trimmed it slightly smaller than the white card base. I added the background paper on the card with E-Z Runner Grand, and then I added the coffee mug in the middle of it with 3D foam tape. I decorated it with some natural twine ribbon.

That’s all my projects today! I cannot wait to see what you will create for this month’s challenge!
