Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mother's Day

My mom is one of the greatest gifts God ever gave to me in my life.
For all these years, since I was conceived in her womb, born and now I have my own daughters, she is still my mom.

She never stop loving me.
She never stop helping me.
She never stop fighting for me.
She never stop correcting me when I do something wrong.
She never stop teaching me what being a mom means.
She never stop showing me what sacrifice means.
She never stop being a mom for me and my sisters.

She is a mom of daughters, too.

She is my mom.
She is my treasure.
She is my praise to God.

“Dear Mama, Happy Mother’s Day to my beloved and blessed mom, thought I cannot hug and kiss you today, I trust God is always with you, to bless you, to love you and to protect you. I am so thankful to be your daughter.”

Wanna Be A Crafty Momma

Today I’d like to share a random things that I like doing it in my life. When first time I came here to States in 2008. Different way of life. Different things to do. Different every thing. I told myself that I would love to have something that I could do to keep me happy and just for having fun when I was at home alone, when my husband went to office or when the baby was sleeping.

I discovered Scrapbooking in 2008 and did our first girl’s 1st year book in 2009. Then at the end of 2010, I found out about digital scrapbooking, which is fun in a different way. I am exploring how to make cards and other crafts like making hair bows, hair clips, head bands, and brooch from fabric and felt. Recently, I am also learning about hybrid crafts that you can use the digital scrapbook kits for any paper crafting.

My husband got me Silhouette Cameo for my Christmas present and I’ve been playing with it since then. There so many things you can create with this cutting machine.

For fun, I join several creative teams, too.

Every time I created something, I prayed that God would use it to bless others and in ways to glorify His name. And I still pray that pray.

I have a different blog for my scrapbooking and crafting, you are welcome to visit it at My Scrappy Crafty Life. Oh oh yah there’s a Spring Blog Hop there, if you wanna join the fun. Finally 39 Weeks

September 13th, 2012

Our waiting is finally reached the end.

Day after day…

Week after week…

Month after month…

Today is the day we are gonna have you and hold you in our arms, Little Emma.

(Journaling)

We went to the hospital and it tool an hour for the C-section preparation. Finally around 3:30ish they took me to the Operation Room, and my wonderful husband, Dave, was beside me faithfully and watched the whole process. He told everybody that it was the coolest things he ever saw of delivering a baby.

So thankful! I am still in the process of recovering, it is not easy and definitely C-section is not an easy way or a short-cut to have a baby like others said. It has its own hard times. It’s God who has been helping me and giving me the extra strength and energy I need to go through the process. It is Him I am giving praise and thanks! His presence is real in my life.

I created this layout to remember the last day I had this bump, my husband (like he did before with our first baby, Abigail) took my last day with this the baby bump, the minutes before the C-section. Yes, I had the BIG one! Imagine my back pain and sciatic nerve pain, please! 😀 LOL!!
