2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day 1

Hello hello hello everyone! Today is the day all the coffee/tea/cocoa lovers has been waiting for. The 2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop has begun!

This blog hop is hosted by the Coffee Loving Cardmakers! It starts from Friday, May 3, 2019 until Friday, May 10, 2019. You all are invited to create any coffee/tea/cocoa projects with Spring or Summer theme and link up your projects with us HERE until Friday, May 10th at 11:55 pm pacific. And here’s my first card for this blog hop:

I created a CAS, black and white monochromatic card using Altenew Stamp Set, Craftin Desert Divas Die Set, Hero Arts Ink Pad, WOW! Embossing Powder, and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. All of them are some of the the amazing and generous Super Sponsors!!!

This card is very simple to make and quick. I simply added the metallic silver paint wash on a black cardstock with medium flat brush.

Once the paint dried, I stamped the cup from the Coffee With A Splash stamp set with the Unicorn Pigment Ink Pad using Mini MISTI. While the ink still wet, I sprinkle some of the Bright White Embossing Powder on it and heat set it with craft heater.

I die cut the black cardstock with Fancy Frame Dies and added it directly on the white card with E-Z Runner® Grand Adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment on a white cardstock using VersaFine Onyx Black, trimmed it into a sentiment banner with scissors, and I added it on the card with some 3D circle foam tape.
