Hello everyone… Welcome to the Collaboration Blog Hop with Coffee Lovercardmakers and Our Daily Bread Designs.
This blog hop starts at Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog. Head over there to read the full details on this blog hop. You should arrive from my teammate, Kerry Urbatch.
Today, I have couple of tea themed cards to share with you all.
On my first card, I used the patterned and solid papers from the Latte Love 6×6 Paper Pads together with the Cups and Mugs Dies and Layered Lacey Ovals Dies.
The sentiment is from the Tea Time Stamp Set that I stamped on a white cardstock and cut it with one of the Pennant Flags Dies.
I embellished this card with some of the clear gems.
For my second card, it is a shaker birthday card. For the background, frame, and sentiment banner, I used the patterned and solid papers from the Latte Love 6×6 Paper Pads.
I made the frame using 2 sizes of the Double Stitched Squares Dies. After that, I added a piece of acetate plastic on the back of the frame using strong double-sided tape.
Next, I added some thick fun foam on the back of the frame, and then added more strong double-sided tape on them.
I added some of the brown and gold sequin assortment in the middle of the card, and then I added the frame on it.”
I heat-embossed the sentiment from the Tea Time Stamp Set using VersaMark Ink Pad and Black Glitter Finished Embossing Powder. And then I cut it using one of the Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies.
I added the sentiment banner on the frame with Art Glitter dries-clear adhesive glue. It is a strong glue that works on any surface.
I stamped the tea pot image and rose bouquet image from the Tea Time Stamp Set using VersaFine Onyx Black Ink Pad on a piece of watercolor paper.
I colored the images with watercolor pencils, dried them with craft heater, and then I fussy cut them with micro-tip scissors.
I added the teapot on the frame with Art Glitter dries-clear adhesive glue and then added the rose bouquet on the tea pot with think 3D foam tape.
