Hello everyone… Today I have a mixed media card to share with you all.
I use the Covarallia stencil to create the background. I added the Archival Inks directly on a white card using oval blending brush.
On a watercolor paper, I added some green color burst powder, spray with water, and then I dried it with craft heater. Then I use Signo Unibal White Gel Pen to trace the bubbles using the Bubble Dance stencil. After that I cut it with one of the Stitched Tags Nesting Dies. I added the tag on the card with Xtreme Adhesive.
I used alcohol inks and glossy photo paper to create the orange panel. Before the alcohol inks completely dried, I added some red foil sheet on it. I cut out some flowers out of the alcohol ink panel using Trendy Spring Blooms Dies.
I cut out a white cardstock and a black cardstock using Hello Word Die. I stacked them together with Dries Clear Adhesive and I added the white Hello bit off on top of the black Hello to create a shadow look.
I added the flowers on the card with Dries Clear Adhesive Glue and then added the Hello word sentiment on it with the same glue.
I embellished the tag with a bow using white twine and I added it inside the tag hole with Dries Clear Adhesive Glue.
The rule is simple: your project(s) have to be new and anything mixed media goes (including cards!) as long as you use a stencil (or stencils). You can use any stash you have. You also need to use the challenge graphic and link back to the challenge blog post. Please make sure you read all the rules here.
I hope you all can play along and share your project with us this month!
If you use any STAMPlorations stamps/metal dies/stencils, you can link up to their Never-Ending Anything Goes Challenge.
If you don’t have any, feel free to use the free digital stamp on your project that you can grab it here. Or… you can grab some STAMPlorations goodies and save 20% OFF on your order by using this code: STAMPGIRLHELEN when you check out.
