Hello everyone… I hope your day is filled with warm Spring weather. Today I have a Mixed Media Birthday card to share with you. I am inspired by Spring colors 🙂

This Mixed Media Birthday Card I created using the Happy Moments Digital Stamp from Graciellie Design. This is one of the new beautiful digital stamps that she released this month. I have been enjoying coloring and creating using digital stamps in the last couple of months. They give more options to create, for example, I made a wood slice sign with the same digital stamp. First, I opened the flower jar on Photoshop software, resize it to fit on the 4.25″x5.5″ front card, and printed it on a heavy weight white cardstock. I colored it with Derwent Inktense Pencils and Waterbrush. This Inktense pencils, they are watercolor and dry permanent. As for the center of the flower, I added the white dots using UniBall White Gel Pen.

I use Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies from STAMPlorations to cut the mat panels. I like how the stitches texture on these panels.

For the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks, Dina Wakley White Gesso and Faber-Castell Grey PITT Artist Brush Pen. Patterned paper (expired) is from Close To My Heart. I finished the card with some white pearl gems assortment.
