Sending Paper Flowers and Happy Thoughts

Hello creative friends… Today, I would like to send you all some paper flowers and happy thoughts through this handmade card. I hope this can warm your hearts…

I made this card using the new Bougainvillea Gallore Mega Digital Stamp Set from Graciellie Design. I printed the Bougainvillea flower on Neenah Solar White cardstock with inkjet printer and then I colored it with Altenew Artist Markers. After that, I fussy cut it with scissors and I added some white paint splatters on it. I dried the paint with craft heater.

I printed the sentiment on a white cardstock and then cut the label using the Dare 2B Artzy – Slim Mini Wavy Layers Dies.

For the background, I printed one of the rustic wood pattern paper from Graciellie Design – Rustic Wood Mega Digital Paper Pack. I trimmed it smaller than the card base and I added on the card with permanent adhesive runner.

For the frame, I used the Gemini Ornate Frame & Corner Foil Stamp ‘N Cut Dies. This was my first time using hot foil. I had some trials and errors but once I figured it out, I had fun. I added the frame on the card with double sided tape.

I added the flower and sentiment label on the card with 3D foam tape and I embellished the card with some clear droplets.

Kicking off this blog hop, I made this Christmas Cup of Cheer. I know Christmas is just around the corner. I made this card today using supplies from these Super Sponsors:

I printed the background on a white cardstock with Epson Laser Jet Printer and then I trimmed in into 4.25 inch x 5.5 inch.

I pre-heated the laminating machine. I trimmed the foil sheet slightly bigger than the printed background. I put them inside the carrier sheet and run it through the laminating machine.

For the coffee mug, I printed it on the watercolor paper with Laser Jet Printer. I heat-embossed the snowflake in the middle of the mug with embossing powder twice for extra thickness. And then, I colored it with watercolor pencils and water brush.

After coloring, I dried the whole image with craft heater and then fussy cut it with scissors. I added the image on top of the card with fun foam and adhesive runner.

Now it is your turn! We cannot wait to see your projects… Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a wonderful, caffeinate day!

I added the Some of the Unicorn White Pigment Ink using the Trinity Stamp Blending Buddy Brush just around the edges of the cardstock to create that frame stenciled background. I added some splatters of white acrylic paint and then I dried the whole background with craft heater. I cut it with D2BA Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies.

The beautiful floral coffee mug is from the A Cup of Blooms stamp set that I stamped on one of the A Cup Of Blooms Laser Cut Shapes with Mini MISTI and Nocturne Versafine Clair ink pad. And then it was colored with Altenew Artis Alcohol Markers. I added it on the card with 3D foam tape.
