Coffee Loving Cardmakers – Trinity Stamps Collaboration Blog Hop

Hey hey hey…. Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Papercrafters, welcome to our collaborations blog hop with Trinity Stamps.

This blog hop starts at Trinity Stamps Blog and Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog where you can find the full list of participants and inspirations from each team member.

I made this clean-and-simple card for this blog hop using the newly released The Frappy Camper’s PERKing Spot stamp set which is a special Collaboration set with Trinity Stamps and the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Design Teams. The coordinating die set is also available.

This is such a fun stamp set to use on any projects. I love that adorable camper and every mini coffee loving embellishments!

I stamped the images on a white cardstock with VersaFine Onyx Black ink pad and then I colored them with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and waterbrush. After that I fussy cut them with micro-tip scissors.

I added the polkadots patterned paper at the bottom of the card, I stamped the sentiment on the side, and then added all the pieces on the card with 3D foam tape. Simple as that.

October Stencil Challenge | Coffee Is Life

Hello everyone… We are in the middle of October already! And the Fall finally arrived to the area where we live. I hope you all have a wonderful season.

My card today is a mixed media, clean and simple with coffee theme:

I am using the Make Marks 1 Stencil by Helen G. Designs (oh that’s me! *wink wink*) and the Coffee Cup ARTplorations Stencil to create that background on a blacked watercolored paper using the Deco Foil Metallix Gel – Black Ice and Deco Foil Stencil Pal. I added extra white splatters with white acrylic paint with water and fan brush.

For the sentiment, it is one of the fun clear sticker sentiment from the Just Caffeinate Clear Stickers. I added the sticker on a white cardstock and then trimmed it with scissors around the sticker to give it a sturdy base. I added on the card with 3D foam tape.

Check out the new format challenge guidelines where you all can find how you can play along and having fun! We cannot wait to see how you are inspired this month.

Before you go, here’s a 20% OFF discount coupon for you to use at the STAMPlorations Store today.

Card Ideas For Her

Hello crafty friends… Hope you all are well! Today I have couple more card ideas for her that you can make and send out to your friends to cheer them up and to lift them up.

October is Cancer Awareness Month. Joy Clair released a new stamp set, Hope. This stamp set is dedicated for those who are fighting the cancer. I love this stamp set. The sentiments are very uplifting and encouraging, especially the Bible Verses. The ribbon and gloves are just perfect!

I used the Broken Brick Background Stamp for the background.

My second card is created using one of the newest stamp set also called Mermaid At Heart. I paired it up with the Mermaid Tail Background Stamp.

I used Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and water with smooshing technique to create the watercolored, ocean background. I scribbled the markers on a craft mat and sprayed some water that turn the marker color into watercolor paint. I added the watercolor paper in it and smooshed around. I dried it with craft heater and then did it the same step to build up the colors.

For stamping on both cards, I used VersaFine Clair ink pads and Hero Arts Unicorn White Pigment Ink Pad.

I hope you visit Joy Clair Blog to read full detail how I created these cards.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a fabulous day!

For this Challenge #2, you can link ALL the CARD projects that you create using your favorite stamp sets from Joy Clair Stamps. Show us different ways to use our stamps or just stretch it on your creation. Here’s my card for this challenge #2 with this Fall themed card:

I am using one of my favorite Joy Clair stamps, Tea Time Stamp Set. I stamped the images on watercolor paper with VersaFine Onyx Black ink pad with MISTI, and then I colored them with Leisure Arts Double Ended Markers and water brush.

I dried the watercolored images with craft heater and then I fussy cut them with micro-tip scissors.

On the background, I use the Deco Foil Clear Toner Sheet – Endless Leaves and Gina K Design Fancy Foil – Dazzling Orange.

I simply added the foil on top of the pre-printed clear toner sheet and run it through my laminating machine. After that, I trimmed, and then I added on the kraft card with dries-clear adhesive glue.

I added the watercolored images on top of the card with 3D foam tape.

This is a fun way creating a Clear-and-Simple card, yet still have colors and dimensions.

I hope this card inspires you to make a card today to celebrating this Card Making Day. I cannot wait to see what you will make and share with us at today’s challenge.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a fabulous day!
