Spring Ladies For Mission Banquette Projects and A Giveaway

About  2 weeks ago, my friend asked me if I could help her with our Church Spring Ladies for Mission Banquette projects. Today, I am sharing couple of the projects we were working together for this special event.

First, I made a bunch of labels with the theme of the event, God is good. I stamped the labels hand-wrote all 60 labels.

Handwriting Label: God Is Good

My friend, my oldest daughter and I put those labels on the 60 Post It Note Holders that my friend made with her mom. And we also made that cute little magnet. First, I punched the scrapbook papers with 1″ Circle Punch (ekTool) and then wrote the theme quote on them using Tombow Fudenosuke Soft Brust Pen. And then we added the circles on the clear glass rock using CTMH Liquid Glass Glue. When they all dried, we added the magnet using Hot Glue Gun. Quick and easy way to personalize magnets for sure 🙂

And for one of the decoration pieces, I made this 5×7 wood-burned sign. I got the Plaid Crafts wood plaque at Walmart. Firs I wrote the quote with pencil and the traced it with the Plaid Crafts Wood-burning Tool. Then I doodled the flower with the wood-burning tool at all the edges to decorate it.

Wood-burning Sign: God Is Good

I fall in love into making wood-burned signs lately. I had worked on Bass Wood Slices and Plain Wood plaque like this one, both materials give different results and just beautiful. I sometimes work using stencil, too.

But I am just so glad and thankful to be able to serve this way and using the skill God has given to me to declare His goodness to others.

I hope you all enjoy the projects I am sharing today and hope you all have a blessed week!
