I cannot get my project done to share with you today because I have 2 sick kids. My youngest one has cough and sinus infection and then the big one came home today and having fever. I had to stop working on my project to be with them for the rest of the day. We hope and pray they will be well soon!

WCMD 2015 Challenge with Winnie & Walter: Day 2 And 30 Day Coloring Challenge

Today, I am still playing with Winnie & Walter Challenges. And here’s my second card that I enter. I went with simple design with embossed, watercolored background.

This card I enter for these challenges:

I have fun creating the background with stamping, embossing and watercoloring. The sentiment I stamped and embossing on a piece of vellum paper. I found this clear embossing poweder at Hobby Lobby a few months ago and love the result using it with the pigment ink.

Card Chain Challenge September 2015 Reveal Day

Card Chain Challenge is a fun challenge I participate monthly at Deborah’s Blog. We are challenged to make a handmade card and send it to the participant above us on the list and we will receieve a handmade card from the participat below us.

Every month, Deborah will put up a link where you can sign up your name. She also will provide 4 options of Sketch, Color Pallete, Theme and Product Feature which you pick which way you would want to create your card. For October challenge, you still have until October 6th, 2015 and to sign up for this October challenge you can go HERE.

I love creating this card with some watercoloring technique I learned from Creative Bug, Beginning Watercolor by Yao Cheng. Make sure the circles are dry completely and then stamp the sentiment with VersaMark and Black Glitter finish embossing powder from American Crafts.

World Cardmaking Day 2015 with Illustrated Faith

Happy World Making Day to all my card-making friends wherever you are! Today is specially dedicated for you all, cardmakers!
