Praying is a way to have communication with our LORD. The LORD himself taught us how to pray and how we should pray (Matthew 6:5-18). When I searched the word PRAY on my Bible App, I got a long list of word “PRAY” and “ALWAYS” go together. We are reminded to pray all the time, always.
We as brothers and sisters in Christ are also need to pray for each other (James 5:16, 1 Thessalonians 5:25, 1 Thessalonians 3:1, Colossians 1:3) When we pray and have faith, we will receive it (Matthew 21:22). And instead of being worry, we pray about everything, tell God what we need, and thank Him for all He has done (Philippians 4:6).
I thank God for this amazing gift He has give to us. I thank God for a gift of praying to God, a gift of praying for each other, a gift of praying for our needs, and a gift of praying for the world.
I made a card today with prayer theme. The sentiment reminds us that to pray is to tell everything what we need to GOD, to let it go and let God take over our life and do what He has planned to do in our lives. It is not as easy as we can read the sentiment, but it require FAITH to continue to walk to trust in Him. I pray that we all will have the faith when we pray.
