Thursday Coffee Break | Joyful Vibes

Coffee Loving Cardmakers

Hello everyone.. Happy Thursday! Today I have a another Christmas card to share with you all. This time it is a coffee themed Christmas card. One way to send joyful vibes to my coffee/tea loving friends for sure.

I am sharing this on Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog. On my card today, I use the Christmas Cheer Digital Stamp from Graciellie Design, one of our Super Sponsors. You can more beautiful digital stamps and papers at her store, especially the coffee/tea collection.

One of the reasons I like to work with digital images that I can resize it to meet my need. I created a shaped card with this digital stamp. My card size is about 5.5 white that will fit in regular A2 envelope.

To create the card base, I use the Silhouette Studio Designer software to trace and cut the cup image. An alternative to create the card base is tracing the printed image on a card and fussy cut it.

On the printed image, I colored it with Arteza Real Brush Pen and waterbrush. I dried the watercolor paint with craft heater and then I added some glitter on it with Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Pen. Look at that glittery… I cannot stop tilting the card around just to see the glitter glimmering!

I dried the image one more time with craft heater to make sure the glitter stick on the image. After that, I added the cup on top of the card base with dries-clear adhesive glue.

I added the sentiment that I have trimmed into banner using 3D foam tape for extra dimension. I embellished the card with some of the gold-ish colored sequins that I have in stash.

That’s on of my Christmas cards that I made. There are still several more to make but I have cut the card base all and just need to color the image and put them together.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you all enjoy it. Have fabulous and caffeinated day!
