It is the second week of June already! I hope you all have a fabulous early Summer! Today I am going to share a card I made for a special lady who has been so kind, supportive and loving to us as family.
We were so thankful to be able to visit her and spend time with her this summer for couple days. We also got to go to her grandson’s graduation party and hang out with the rest of her family.
I used the Layers of Love die set and Being Classe Bundle from Concord & 9th. Inks I used are Distress Mini Ink Pads set 1 and set 2.
First I added some colors on my kraft mat and spray lightly with some water then I dipped the watercolor paper that I already die-cut it using the Layers of Love die. Then I used my Craft Heater (CTMH) to dry it. The I added it on the American Crafts Card. Then I diecut another watercolor paper with the word “Kind” die then I stamped the matching stamp on it. I set aside to dry while I was working on the banner. For this banner I just cut a strip of White Daisy Cardstock (CTMH) and stamped it with the sentiment from the Being Classy bundle with Raspberry Distress Mini Ink Pad. Final step is to add them on the card. I used 3D thin foam tape for the banner, and 3D thick foam tape for the Kind diecut. I finished the card with some gems from Hampton Art.
That’s my card for today. And I link up this card at the new challenge at Happy Little Stamper Anything Goes with Dies. It is a challenge for those who love die-cutting 🙂
You are invites to play along with us this month. It is anything goes, free theme with any diecut elements/embellishments on yout project. You can read the detail challenge rules here. You can win the prize too! Go here to link up until the end of June.
