Today, I am sharing my card on Joy Clair Blog using the newest Coffee Lovers stamp set and Christmas Border stamp set:

CHRISTMAS_BORDERS_image

On my background, I stamped the holly leaves border with green ink pad to create a monochromatic background. Then I cut both side of the card diagonally to create a tree shape card.

Then I stamped the mugs on white cardstock with versafine black onyx ink pad 3 times, and I fussy cut them one. I did the same step with the hearts.

After all the pieces ready, I arrange them on the card. I found some Christmas scrap paper to use on the card as the borders with the mugs.

For the sentiment, on a red cardstock, I heat embossed the sentiment that I stamped using the Merry Christmas from the Christmas Border stamp set and the other sentiment is from the Coffee Lovers stamp set. I used Versamark ink pad, Ranger Princess Gold embossing powder and craft heart to do the heat embossing. Then I added them on the card.

I finished my card with some clear gems. This card fits in a regular A2 envelope and mail-friendly 🙂

Today I am joining STAMPlorations, one of the Super Sponsors, to share Coffee projects for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers – Winter 2016 Blog Hop! STAMPlorations has a great coffee and tea collections including stamps, dies, and stencils.

And today on my projects, I am using the new Coffee Petites with CUTplorations Stitched Circle Die.

Coffee Loving Winter Blog Hop: STAMPlorations

My first project is planner shaker clips. I had so much fun creating them! First, I stamped the images on Canson watercolor paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink because I wanted to watercolor them. White cardstock will work too if you only want to color with coloring pencils or markers.

Then I die cut each of them with the matching circle stitched die. To create the shaker, I used my FUSE tool and using the circle stitched die as the guide. For the shaker filler, I found the clear/white big glitter at Walmart (also you can find similar one at any craft store). For the clips, I use the Jumbo Paper clips also I got from Walmart (or you can find at any office supply store). I used my glue gun to attach the paper clip on the back of the shaker circles.

Coffee Loving Winter Blog Hop: STAMPlorations

I stamped the images from Coffee Petites with CUTplorations Stitched Circle Die on a piece of canson watercolor with Versafine Onyx Black ink and loose-watercolored them with Sakura Koi Watercolors and brush. I added some splatters, too. Then I die cut the panel with Crafting Desert Divas – Fancy Frames dies. I added the outline frame with Tombow mono permanent adhesive and the middle panel I used 3D foam tape for extra dimension on the card.

For the sentiment on my card, I use Coffee Word Die – CUTplorations that I cut it out 5 times with kraft cardstock to create a thick chipboard. Then I stamped one of the sentiments from Anywhere There’s Coffee Stamps & Die Set – Shery Russ Designs on white cardstock and cut out the word into word strips and added some lines around the border with my journaling pen. I added the sentiments on the card 🙂

I go with some colors in this Winter 🙂 And I hope these projects inspire you to create coffee/tea/cocoa theme projects and link them up with us at Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog this week! We would love to see yours and be inspired by you, too!

Snowy Merry and Bright Lever Card

Hello everyone… Christmas is getting closer and closer! And Today I have one more card to share with you. It is a fun fold card.

hls-anything-goes-with-dies-dec9th

I use the pre-cut Lever Card from Our Daily Bread. It is so much fun to open and find the extra surprise inside the card. With the pre-cut lever card, I only have to decorate it. Saving some cutting and measuring time 😀

For the front card I decorated it with one of the Snowflake Season patterned papers. I added gold glitter on the swing panel, then stamped imaged on it. Then I added some die cut snowflake crystals on the corner.

To decorate the inside card, I used the negative die cut from the snow crystals as stencil, Victorian Velvet distress ink and make-up sponge to some snowflake randomly. Then I added some die cut snowflake crystal on some of the big ones for extra layer on the snows. I also stamped the sentiment inside the card.

Using MISTI, I stamped the Christmas lights several times on a white cardstock, colored them with coloring pencils, and then I die cut it with the matching die. Once all cut out, I added some Liquid Glass glue on top for extra dimension on the light bulbs. Then I added the Christmas lights inside the card. I glued 2 string lights together so it would be long enough to reach the other side of the card.

That’s my card today and here’s the supply list what I used on my card today are:

  • Merry & Bright clear stamps (Our Daily Bread Designs)
  • Christmas Lights dies (Our Daily Bread Designs)
  • Snow Crystals dies (Our Daily Bread Designs)
  • Snowflake Season Paper Collection (Our Daily Bread Designs)

You Are A Blessing To Me

Hello everyone… today I have a card that I would love to share with you. There are so many blessings I thank God this year, including new friends that He has brought into our life. For each one of my friends, you are a blessing to me! Thank You for your friendship!

I made this friendship card today with some stamping, diecutting and watercoloring. It is clean and simple card with some layers 🙂

ODBD - You Are A Blessing To Me

I dieccut a piece of watercolor paper to create the frame, and I added just the frame on the cardbase that I already added the polka dots patterned paper. On the middle die cut panel, then I stamped the flower and watercolored it. When it was dry, I added some splatters on it. I added the finished panel on card with 3D foam tape.

Then I notice, the stitched on the left side is double! Oh uh! It must have shifted when I run it through my die cutting machine. I should have used some post it tape or washi tale to hold it. But it is already on the card…

For the sentiment, I stamped the pennant sentiment on a watercolor paper stripe to match the base panel. Then I die cut with the matching pennant flag die and double-stitched pennant flag die. I added on the card with 3D foam tape and permanent adhesive.

I finished my card with some gems. My card is done 🙂
