Bible Journaling | Walk In Love

As we walking into the new year, we all hope for better year. This week as I am meditating God’s word, I am reminded to walk in love with the Lord.

Reading the verse 2 John 1:6, I learned that walking in love is:

  • the beginning of God’s message
  • the foundation of teaching
  • the commandment

When we read and study God’s message in the Bible, we are walking in His love. We gain knowledge of who He is and his steadfast love for his people. We also are called to share and teach His message to others. We walk in love when we teach his teaching to others. And it is a commandment from the Lord himself. To love the Lord is to obey his commands.

My Bible journaling page today, I created using supplies from Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps:

  • Creative Worship: My Savior’s Love clear stamp set
  • Creative Worship: Sweetpea Alpha clear stamp set
  • Funky Texture clear stamp set
  • Hearts Galore Stencil

On the background, I added layers of Pastel Gelatos and Metallic Gelatos. And then I added layers of stamping with VersaMagic inks.

I stamped the flower images with VersaFine Clair Nocturne and I colored them with watercolor pencils and I cut it with scissors. I added to the journaling page with permanent adhesive glue.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Have a wonderful, blessed day!

DIY Love Notes Mini Book

Valentine’s Day is coming up soon… I start thinking of making some Valentine’s Day projects for my loved ones! And today, I would like to share this Mini Love Notes Book idea with you all.

I made this Love Notes Mini Book using the new digital stamp set from Graciellie Design – Heart Notes.

This project I made with digital stamp set and I used my Silhouette Cameo Machine to do the cutting. I worked with Silhouette Design Studio software to do for the Print and Cut with this digital stamps.

I open the digital stamp files on my image software, resized them to the same sizes and arrange the sentiment on each page. After that, I printed them on white cardstock and then I cut it with electronic cutting Machine. I added some inks of each page with blending brush.

The last page I made the coupons using the Graciellie Design – Love Love Love mega digital stamp set and I cut the ticket shape with my Silhouette Cameo machine. I added it to the both pages with permanent adhesive and it will folded when the book is closed.

I stacked all the pages together with thin double sided tape, and then I punched the holes on the side of the heart with We R Memory Keeper hole punch. After that, I added those ribbons. And then I added some sequins on each page for extra bling.

I hope this project give you an idea for your Valentine’s Day project. Thanks for stopping by!

Mini Slimline Card | New Adventure Is Coming

Happy New Year all!!!! It is the new year, new adventure is coming…so hang on tight, this year will be full of new hope, new memories, and new surprises!!!

And it is still Winter, my card today, I was inspired by the January Artzy Challenge – Winter Fun. I made my slimline Winter fun card using:

I created that watercolor wash background using dye ink pads and water. I smooshed the ink on the craft mat, sprayed with some water, and then I smooshed the watercolor paper on it. I did it couple times to get the watercolored wash texture on it. I dried the ink in between adding colors. I cut this watercolor background with the scallop die from Slim Mini Snowflake Die and I added it to the mini slimline card base with permanent adhesive runner.

I cut a piece of white cardstock with the snowflake background die and then I added it to the card with permanent dries-clear adhesive glue. I put couple large acrylic stamping blocks on it to hold it down until the glue dried.

I stamped the toboggan image on a white cardstock with Artzy Totally Black Ink Pad and then I colored it with alcohol markers. After that, I cut it with the the matching die.

I stamped the sentiment on another white cardstock with the Artzy Totally Black Ink Pad and then I cut it with the banner die from the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies.

I added both the sentiment and toboggan on the card with 3D foam tape. I thought there was something missing, so I cut a light blue cardstock using the swirl die from the Toboggan Fun Die set and added it at the back of the toboggan.

That’s my Winter Fun card today. I hope you all like it.. Thanks for the stopping by my blog today, have wonderful day!

Jesus Is The Greatest Gift

What a great news today… The Savior of the world was born! God is with us all. Jesus is the greatest gift of all!!!

“And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.” All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord’s message through his prophet: “Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means ‘God is with us.’”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭1‬:‭21‬-‭23‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Merry Christmas from ours to yours. May God bless you abundantly in the New Year 2023.

DIY Christmas Ornaments With Stamp and Dies

Hello everyone… Christmas is coming! Ornaments can be a great gifts. Also, my family always get new ornaments every year.

Today, I made these Christmas ornaments using Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps:

  • Adorn Him Stamp Set
  • Adorn Him Die Set
  • Peace & Joy Word Dies
  • Starry Night Stencil

On both wood slice backgrounds, I painted them with Black chalk paint. I set them aside to dry.

For the first ornament, I used the stencil, Metallic Gelatos, and white paint to create the starry night background.

I used Altenew Artist Markers to color the baby Jesus image after I stamped it with Memento Ink. And then I cut it with the matching die.

After the background dried, I added the Baby Jesus image on it with permanent craft glue. Make sure your glue is strong for wood or any surfaces.

For the other ornament, I cut the word Joy from the Peace & Joy Word Dies with permanent White Vinyl and then I added it on the wood slice. And then, I simply added the White Coconut Gelatos pigment on it with finger to give the chalkboard look on it.

All dies will be “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” from December 16th until December 23rd at Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps store!!!

I hope you like these two ornaments today and give it a try to make your own.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a blessed season!
